food is prepared from seasonal products in compliance with the national culinary traditions, and the products are bought at the farms near Kyiv. All pickled products are made in the restaurant. Here one can order pickled cucumbers, cabbage, tomatoes, apples or plums, and even pickled beets. The restaurant also serves salad with anchovies, Olivier salad with smoked turkey and crayfish tails. All the products are smoked in “Klukva & Brukva” restaurant. Another special dish here is Chicken Kyiv with pudding from potatoes, and marmalade from red cabbage. Of the desserts it is worth to try a hot carrot pie with ice cream on ryazhanka (fermented baked milk), cheese cakes with homemade jam “Klukva & Brukva”.
The interior is made in the loft style, natural materials in olive-green colors are used.
